About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced 28‑ft Box Truck Driver to support our delivery operations in the Austell area. This is a full‑time position with a 4-day work schedule, ideal for drivers who want steady hours and a predictable workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 28‑ft box truck for local and regional deliveries.
- Load and unload freight (manual lifting and pushing is required).
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain delivery manifest and obtain customer signatures.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Communicate with management team throughout the shift.
- Follow all DOT and company safety procedures.
- ELD/Driver Logs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience driving a 28‑ft box truck.
- Clean 7-year MVR.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused.
